A sound bath often involves the use of various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks, to create a therapeutic environment of sound vibrations. Reiki, on the other hand, is a form of energy healing that involves the practitioner channeling universal energy to promote healing. Combining sound bath techniques with Reiki can enhance relaxation and promote overall well-being by addressing both physical and energetic aspects of the individual. Tuning forks are sometimes used in this combined practice to further refine and direct energy flow.

About Renee -
I am a NYS Registered Nurse, performing guitarist/songwriter and have been attuned by Sunshine to level 3 Essential Reiki.
In late 2019 my husband unexpectedly passed away. I quit my unfulfilling job at a major health insurance company and began traveling around the world on a spiritual pilgrimage to alleviate intense grief and find my purpose and direction.
In 2021, while most people were choosing to not travel, I was walking into the pyramids and temples of Egypt and Peru, and throughout the indigenous healing places of the United States. I met many inspiring spiritual leaders, seekers and powerful teachers along the way.
Earlier in my travels, I discovered that our ancestors had been weaving soundwaves through sacred geometry in acoustically tuned temples (such as Newgrange, Ireland) to heal pain of mind, body and spirit for milenia. Like giant tuning forks, they were using temples, vocal tones and rhythmic drumming patterns on a large scale for community harmony, peace and spiritual connection! Our ancestors were master Sound healers!
What I witnessed and experienced was never discussed in my Western medicine training. My entire being expanded and changed as I started to find inner peace.
It is my personal mission to harmonize this ancient wisdom with my clinical and musical experience
to offer new ways to balance mind, body and spirit!
