Soundbath with Reiki - Monday 12 pm

Join us for an experience of deep relaxation as you receive Reiki while listening to the healing sounds of modern sound tools and ancient instruments including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drum, gongs, rain sticks, chimes,, and more! You are welcome to sit or lay down and are encouraged to bring whatever you need to feel most comfortable. If you choose to lay down we recommend bringing a yoga mat, pillow, and light blanket. A limited number of mats and pillows will be available for use.

Scientific studies of Sound Healing and Cymatics suggest that sound baths support overall stress reduction and endocrine balance while improving sleep, brain health, and even pain relief.
