Essential Reiki I is focused on Physical aspects of Comfort & Well-being. The first degree works with the physical body. Hand placements for both self-care and the treatment of others are discussed and demonstrated. $50 deposit required to hold your spot and full payment is required by 4/15/23.

Essential Reiki I is focused on Physical aspects of Comfort & Well-being. The first degree works with the physical body. Hand placements for both self-care and the treatment of others are discussed and demonstrated.
Students learn the hand placements for a “full session treatment” which covers the body’s organs, glandular system, nervous system and basic chakra systems. They will be able to give themselves a Reiki treatment and give someone else a hands-on treatment based on the hand placements as shown in the Essential Reiki I training. Students will practice on themselves and others as time allows.
